Wild Turkey

We are trying to arrange a shechitah in upstate NY at the end of the summer (mid Aufust). Very powerful birds, taste great.

Geese for Chanukah

Either Embden or Talouse they will be $70 each somewhat cleaned.

This is assuming that there is no run which is being done by a major shlach house in which case you will be directed to them if their quality and price is proper.

Yachmor of Rasag

If you want to participate it is $50 a pound.

The White Mallard

Definitely kosher. It is a white color of the common mallard which was known to be accepted as kosher throughout Europe. It is pure white and the same size as the common mallard duck which is found in our parks. We currently have two females sitting on eggs and are looking for someone to house a second flock.
